Table 1. Mean diameters of zones of inhibitions obtained using the disc-diffusion antibiotic susceptibility test.

Zones of inhibitions induced by four different antibiotics were studied for Chlamydomonas reinhardtii and the bacterial strain, CC4533. Grey and white rows represent 50 µg and 100 µg dose of each antibiotics applied on the filter paper discs, respectably. Three biological replicates with three internal replicates were used to calculate the mean and standard deviations shown in the table. Statistical analyses 44 and images of all antibiotic plates 45 are available as Underlying data.
