Effect of overexpression of VIPERIN, IRF1, IFIT5, and CMPK2 on DTMUV replication in DF-1 cells. (A) The viral E protein expressed in DTMUV-infected DF-1 cells transiently overexpressing duck VIPERIN. DF1 cells transiently expressing the FLAG-tagged VIPERIN were infected with DTMUV and harvested at indicated time points.
