Inhibition of EGFR or down-regulation of FUS reduces collagen production. (A) Cell lysates (50 µg/lane) from WT and Itgα1KO cells (n = 3 samples) untreated or treated with Erlotinib (ERL, 5 µM for 18 h) were analyzed for levels of collagen IV α1 and α2 chains (CIV α1/α2) and α-tubulin. (B) CIV and α-tubulin bands were quantified by densitometry, and values represent CIV/α-tubulin ratio.
