Overexpression of RIP3 induces cell cycle G2 arrest. (A,C) Cell cycle of PC3 and 22RV1 cells were analyzed by flow cytometry. RIP3 transfected groups showed a remarkable increase at the G2 phase compared with blank and NC groups.
