The comparison of antioxidant enzymes and inflammatory factors in myocardial tissue in different groups after experiment. Rats were randomly assigned into five groups: control, MI, depression, model and KXS. After experiment, reactive oxygen species (MDA), antioxidant enzymes (SOD and GSH-Px) and inflammatory factors (CRP, IL-6, and TNF-a) in myocardial tissue were determined. Compared with control group, ##P < 0.01; Compared with model group, **P < 0.01.
