Fyn wild-type (WT) and Fyn knockout (KO) mice were treated with saline or lipopolysaccharide (LPS, 5 mg/kg) via i.p. injection, and then killed 48 h later. Analysis of TNF-α (A), IL-1β (B), IL-6 (C) and IL-10 (D) was conducted via a multiplex Luminex cytokine assay. Significant differences between the Fyn WT control and LPS groups indicated by ***, P < 0.001. Significant differences between the Fyn WT LPS and the Fyn KO LPS groups indicated by #, P < 0.01; ###, P < 0.001.
