The inserted mutations were correctly added to the reads with their exact locations at their corresponding frequencies. Here, we see four mutations: chr1:2491260A > G at 70%, chr1:27022900C > A at 20%, chr1:120458000C > CTA at 10% and chr1:27093001G > A at 5%.
