Target proteins regulated by Lnc-MAP6-1:3 knockdown. (A) Protein levels of Bcl-2, β-catenin, TEF1, c-Myc, cyclin D1 and MMP-7 were down-regulated by Lnc-MAP6-1:3 siRNA in U2OS and HOS cells, while the protein levels of Bax were up-regulated.
