Single injection of CYP-induced short-lasting bladder pain. Rats received single dose of CYP (40 mg/kg, i.p.) or saline (5 ml/kg, i.p.). Nociceptive response was assessed in a time-course study over 48 h by von Frey testing. Nociceptive score was expressed as the percentage of the maximal score for each von Frey force.
