Representative Western blot results from mutant UMOD (mUMOD) in vitro experiments (Supplementary Methods). Western blot analysis of HEK cells stably expressing wild-type (WT) or mutant uromodulin isoforms. An in vitro score reflecting the severity of trafficking defect was assigned to each mutation.
