Twenty-three eyes with treatment-naïve MNV were enrolled and age matched with normal controls. Results shown represent the Phansalkar local thresholding method analysis. As illustrated in the graph, the percentage (%) of CC FD is statistically significantly greater in treatment-naïve MNV eyes compared with age-matched normal controls in both ring 1 and ring 2 (P < 0.0005). Also, the mean difference of CC FD% between the two rings is statistically significantly greater in the MNV eyes compared with the controls: 4.75 ± 4.58 and 1.34 ± 1.19, respectively (P < 0.001).
