AR, SRD5A1 and SRD5A2 expression in human astrocytoma primary tumor biopsies. RNA-Seq data from 322 astrocytoma primary tumors (196 grade II, 223 grade III, 139 grade IV or GBM) were obtained from TCGA repository and compared against 249 samples of normal brain cortex obtained from GTEx database. (A) Log2 of normalized counts in GBM or grade IV gliomas, grade III and II gliomas and Normal Tissue (NT). ***p<0.001 vs NT. (B) Heat map of the expression of AR, SRD5A1 and SRD5A2 in the GBM and NT samples. Zscore was used in order to scale the expression of each gene.
