Cell death quantification for the infiltration combinations of Fig 1 shown as dot plots, for Pikp-1 (A) and Pikp-2 (B) respectively. Each of the dots has a distinct colour corresponding to the biological replicate, and are plotted around the cell death score for visualization purposes. Each set of infiltrations were repeated in 3 biological replicates with at least 2–3 technical replicates. The size of the central dot at each cell death value is proportional to the number of replicates of the sample with that score.
