A patient with pyogenic abscess. An axial postcontrast T₁-weighted image demonstrating a ring-enhancing lesion in the left frontal lobe. This lesion demonstrates heterogeneous signal intensities on the corresponding T₂-FLAIR and B₀ images, with moderate edema. The central core of the lesion shows low signal on the MD map, and slightly high signal intensities on the FA and CP maps, indicating anisotropic content.
