L2_SM_P_E processor design. The processor uses LiC_TB_E and ancillary data as primary inputs to perform geophysical inversion under favorable surface conditions. The resulting L2_SM_P_E soil moisture estimates are posted on the same 9 km EASE Grid 2.0 global projection as the input LiC_TB_E.
