Tracking sperm movement in the reproductive tract after mating. WT and Ppp3r2 KO males mated with fertile females, respectively; 12 h later, H&E staining identified sperm in uterine sections. WT sperm are dispersed in the whole uterus and some reach the uterine tubes, whereas Ppp3r2 KO sperm accumulate at the front part of the uterus. Each group is consistently composed of three males.
