The effects of UA on the proliferation of LPS-induced BGC-823 cells. Dose-dependent (10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70 and 80 µmol/L) and time-dependent effects of UA on cell proliferation of LPS (100 ng/mL) induced BGC-823 cells. Cell proliferation was assayed by the CCK-8 Kit at 12 h (A), 24 h (B), 48 h (C), and 72 h (D). Western blot analysis was performed to assess the induction of cleaved caspase-3 (E). All data are presented as the mean ± SD (n = 6, ^$P<0.05, ^#P<0.01, significantly different from the control group; *P<0.05, **P<0.01 significantly different from the LPS-treated group).
