Expression of SNHG4 in cerebral infarction patients and rat MCAO model. (A-C) qRT-PCR was used to detect the expression of SNHG4 in blood and cerebrospinal fluid samples of patients and the brain tissues of MCAO animal model; (D) LDH detection assay was used to detect the expression of LDH in infarcted tissue of MCAO rats. (E) The activity of caspase-3 in the brain tissue of MCAO rats was detected by immunohistochemical staining; (F) ELISA was used to detect the levels of pro-inflammatory factors (IL-1 β, IL-6, TNF-α) and anti-inflammatory factors (IL-4, IL-10, TGF- β) in the brain tissue of MCAO rats. **P< 0.01, and ***P< 0.001 versus the healthy controls or sham group.
