Overexpression of SNHG4 reduced activation and inflammatory response of microglia via regulating miR-449c-5p. (A) qRT-PCR was employed to detect the expression of M1 markers iNOS and CD86 and M2 markers Arg1 and CD206 mRNA in microglia treated with OGD; (B) The changes of pro-inflammatory cytokines (IL-1 β, IL-6, TNF- α) and anti-inflammatory cytokines (IL-4, IL-10, TGF- β) were detected by ELISA; (C) The effect of microglia culture medium on the activity of hippocampal neurons was detected by CCK-8 assay; (D) The release of LDH from hippocampal neurons was detected. ** P< 0.01 and ***P< 0.001 versus the control group; #P< 0.05, ##P< 0.01 and ###P< 0.001 versus the NC mimics + OGD group; ^^^P< 0.001 versus the miR-449c-5p mimics + pc-NC + OGD group.
