(B) The expression levels of collagen I, collagen III, transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β), and α-smooth muscle actin (α-SMA) were increased in the heart of MI-induced heart failure rats, and these increases were inhibited by miR-132 agomiR treatment; N=8; *P<0.05 versus the Sham+NC agomiR group; #P<0.05 versus the MI+NC agomiR group.
