MHC stability assay. T2 cells were incubated with various concentrations of peptide (0.01–10 μM) for 21 h and then stained with anti-MHC I (BB7.2) mAb to quantify the surface expression of HLA-A*0201. POL476 (ILKEPVHGV) was used as a positive control. Either SV95–6 peptide or SV95–7 peptide significantly binds to MHC I molecules when compared to the control of either SV95–1 peptide or positive control peptide (*p < 0.05, **p < 0.01, two-tailed, student’s t test, one-way ANOVA).
