(A, B) B16F1/GFP-TFEB cells were treated with either Melasolv (5–10 μg/ml) or incubated with Torin1 (0.25 μM for 1 h). The cells were fixed and imaged by a fluorescent microscopy (A). And nuclear localization of GFP-TFEB was analyzed (B). Scale bar, 10 μm. Data were obtained from about 200 cells per group and experiments were repeated at least three times. (* p<0.05, SEM, n = 3).
