Silencing miR-372-3p reversed the effect of circ_0001982 knockdown on OS cells. The HOS and U2OS cells were transfected with si-NC, or si-circ_0001721, si-circ_0001721 + anti-miR-NC, or si-circ_0001982 + anti-miR-372-3p.
