Validation of differentially expressed miRNAs in cultured cells infected with DENV. Huh7 and A549 cells were mock infected or infected with DENV (MOI 5) and harvested at 24 h and 48 h p.i. Similarly, THP1 cells infected with DENV (MOI 3) were harvested at 24 h, 48 h, and 72 h p.i. The total RNA from the cells was isolated, and relative levels of viral RNA and miRNAs were determined by qRT-PCR. The U6 transcripts were used for normalization.
