The molecules involved in metastasis were affected by PCa treatment of HT-29 cells. Cells were treated with 30 μg/ml PCa for 0, 6, 12, 24, or 48 h; 15, 30, or 45 μg/ml PCa for 24 h, and the protein expression of MMP2 and MMP9 was analyzed by Western blotting.
