Oleic, linoleic, α-linolenic, γ-linolenic, AA, EPA, and DHA were incubated with Caco-2 cells at 1, 10, and 100 µM (dot, gray, and black bars, respectively) in presence of 10% FBS for 48 h and were then counted.
