Potential role of FUT4 in cisplatin-induced cell apoptosis in A549 and H1975 cells. Flow cytometry was applied to detect cell apoptosis after A549 and H1975 cell transfection with FUT4siRNA or si-NC, followed by treatment with cisplatin (3 μg/ml).
