  • Cardiac magnetic resonance demonstrates acute subendocardial infarct superimposed on myocardial oedema

  • Review of angiogram—Type 2b spontaneous coronary artery dissection in posterior left ventricular branch of the right coronary artery

  • CT angiogram form circle of Willis to popliteal arteries—no significant findings

  • Negative Anticardiolipin antibody and Lupus anticoagulant
