A total of 5 × 10⁶ BGC-823 cells in were injected subcutaneously into the shoulder to establish a human GC cell xenograft mouse model. Exosomes were injected directly into the tumor at days 14, 21, 24, and 28 after tumor cell injection. The Ki-67 level was determined by immunohistochemistry, and the level of cleaved PARP1 and caspase-3 was detected by immunoblotting. Results were analyzed by student’s t-test.
