Shema of polar vasculosis: a good control of blood pressure and edematous management can prevent mesangial expansion and nodular lesion via glomerular hyperfiltration or hyperperfusion. This results in a restriction of an overflow of blood into the glomeruli. Simultaneously, an increase in the inflow from the afferent arteriole to the efferent arteriole may result in polar vasculosis, and decrease diabetic glomerular damage
