(A) A hematopoietic compartment-specific calcineurin conditional knockout line (Cnb1BMΔ/Δ) was generated by adoptively transferring bone marrow (BM) cells from UBC-CreERT2/Cnb1f/f mice to the irradiated C57BL/6J mice, followed by tamoxifen administration.
