(B–D) Ectopic over-expression of miR-193a arms reduces target genes in A375 (B), MeWo (C), and 501Mel (D). The expression of direct targets of miR-193a-3p (KRAS, EBBB2, and MCL1) or -5p (PIK3R3, MTOR, and NUSAP1) in melanoma cell lines following transfection with miR-193a-3p or -5p was measured by RT-qPCR. Data are normalized to β-actin and control mimic-transfected cells. Data are representative of three independent experiments ± SD performed in triplicate.
