Increase of fibroblast growth factor21 (FGF21) level by the administration of pemafibrate in the STZ-induced diabetic mouse model. (A) Quantitative analysis showed that pemafibrate increased serum FGF21 level in STZ-induced diabetic mice (n = 5–6 per group). (B) Quantitative analysis showed that pemafibrate slightly increased Fgf21 mRNA level in STZ-induced diabetic livers (n = 6–7 per group).
