The effect of hydrogen peroxide on cell viability of differentiated myotubes. (a) The cell viability of myotube with or without hydrogen peroxide (H2O2, 2 mM) was measured using Cell counting kit-8 (Dojindo, Rockville, MD, USA). Treatment of 2 mM H2O2 did not induce cell death of myotubes. (b) Representative images of Western blot analysis to determine protein expression levels of Cleaved PARP and Annexin V.
