The overall PCORnet population median value, as well as the datamart‐specific median values, for age, BMI, HbA1c, eGFR, LDL, and systolic blood pressure are presented for the most common drug regimens. The solid black horizontal line represents the overall PCORnet median value for each variable. Each dot represents the median value of one individual datamart for that specific drug regimen. Some variables have fewer than 33 dots for certain drug regimens, as some datamarts did not report values for certain variables for specific drug regimens. Data quality and population varied between datamarts. One datamart is a pediatric hospital yielding a low median age (included), and another datamart reported implausible HbA1c values < 1.0% for “No medication” and “metformin‐sulfonylurea” groups (excluded).
