Western blots from lysates from untransfected DCT-15 cells (a distal convoluted tubule clonal cell line) or cells transfected with a full-length wild-type myristoylated alanine-rich protein kinase C substrate-like protein-1 (MLP-1) with an NH₂ (N)-terminal 3XFLAG tag and a COOH (C)-terminal V5 tag. Blots were probed with anti-flag, anti-V5, an MLP-1 antibody to an NH₂-terminal epitope, or an MLP-1 antibody to a COOH-terminal epitope. Molecular mass is in kilodaltons.
