In steady state Atlantic salmon head kidney (HK) harbors the highest IgM ASC numbers of the three sites. Presence of B cells and IgM ASC were analyzed from naïve Atlantic salmon (A) IgM⁺ B cell frequency of total leukocytes was analyzed by flow cytometry.
