The fluctuations $β_{200}$ of the order parameter of seismicity when a window comprising 200 events is sliding through the JMA catalog (M $\geq 3.5$ ) in the area N $_{28}^{46}$ E $_{125}^{148}$ which does not contain the epicenter (27.05 $^{\circ}$ N,143.94 $^{\circ}$ E) of the M7.8 earthquake on 22 December 2010 for the periods: (a) 1 January 1984–1 January 2000; and (b) 1 January 2000 until the M9 Tohoku earthquake occurrence.
