(a) The expression levels and the activated (phosphorylated) status of EGFR and HER2 and downstream molecules of signaling pathways, AKT, MAPK, STAT3 and SRC, in DU145, PC-3 and 22Rv1 cells evaluated by Western blot; β-actin and vinculin were used as loading protein controls (data are representative of 2 independent experiments). (b) Representative IHC images of FFPE human malignant prostate tissue specimen probed with an anti-HER2, anti-EGFR, anti-pSTAT3 or anti-AR antibody.
