circTMEM45A Regulated Cell Apoptosis and the Cell Cycle of HCC In Vitro

(A) circTMEM45A knockdown significantly increased the percentage of apoptotic cells in MHCC97H cells. (B) Overexpression of circTMEM45A significantly decreased the percentage of apoptotic cells in Hep3B cells. (C) Silencing of circTMEM45A arrested the cell cycle in the G1 phase in MHCC97H cells. (D) Overexpression of circTMEM45A induced G1/S cell cycle progression of Hep3B cells. All tests were performed at least three times. Data are expressed as mean ± SD. ∗∗p < 0.01, ∗∗∗p < 0.001.
