Red and blue boxes represent structural and functional objects, respectively. To represent structural aspects, a Component can include Features, which may refer to Locations within a Sequence. A Component can also include Constraints between these features. To represent functional aspects, a Component can include Interactions that can refer to relationships between participating Features.
