Involves all lung lobes or >50% of lung parenchyma, limited personal self-care ability, requiring oxygen inhalation and hospitalization | |
G4 | Life-threatening dyspnea, acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) requiring urgent intervention such as intubation |
