(B) Representative immunohistochemistry (IHC) staining for p53, p21, and Ki67 in xenograft tumors from mice with the indicated treatments. Three consecutive tissue sections of each tumor were stained, and the same areas were shown in the image. IHC score for p53 (C), p21(D), and ki67 (E) was awarded by two independent observers according to the percentage and intensity of the stained cells.
