Paclitaxel exerted its effect through modulating miR-877-5p in HCC cells. (A) The expression of miR-877-5p was evaluated by qRT-PCR in Huh-7 and Hep3B cells treated with various concentrations of paclitaxel (2 nM, 1020 nM). (B–F) Huh-7 and Hep3B cells were divided into 4 groups: Control, paclitaxel, paclitaxel + anti-miR-NC, paclitaxel + anti-miR-877-5p.
