(A) qPCR assay quantifies higher LINC01116 expression in pcDNA-LINC01116-transfected A549 cells than in empty vector-transfected cells 48 h post-transfection. (B) MTT assay measures the viability of A549 cells transfected with the pcDNA-LINC01116 plasmid and empty vector. (C) MTT assay measures a higher IC₅₀ value of cisplatin against pcDNA-LINC01116-transfected A549 cells than against empty vector-transfected cells.
