Overexpression of LINC01116 reduces the sensitivity of A549 cells to cisplatin. (A) Flow cytometry reveals lower apoptotic rates of pcDNA-LINC01116-transfected A549 cells than those of empty vector-transfected cells regardless of cisplatin treatment. (B) The percentage of pcDNA-LINC01116-transfected A549 cells gradually increases at G0/G1 phase and gradually decreases at S phase with the increase in the cisplatin concentration, as revealed by the flow cytometry.
