SP1/miR‐326 modulated SMO/GLI1/MMP‐9 signalling pathway. A, Western blot was conducted to measure SMO expression in OS cell lines and a normal osteoblastic cell line. B, Dual luciferase reporter assay was conducted to explore whether SMO targeted miR‐326 directly. Transfection of miR‐326 mimics inhibited the WT luciferase activity, while had not effect on MT luciferase activity. C, MG63 and 143B cells were transfected with siRNA‐SP1, siRNA‐SP1 together with miR‐326 inhibitor, miR‐326 mimics and negative control.
