(A and B) The colony formation capability of Ad‐CAIX^promotor‐AIM2 or control‐treated 786‐O and OSRC‐2 were detected at day 7. (C and D) The cell proliferation was detected by CCK‐8 assay in Ad‐CAIX^promotor‐AIM2 or control‐treated renal cancer cells. (E) Forty‐eight hours after Ad‐CAIX^promotor‐AIM2 or control infection, the cell apoptosis was detected by flow cytometry in both cell lines.
