Stable lncNT5E depletion significantly inhibits tumour growth in vivo. A, Nude mice were killed 18 d after subcutaneous injection of CFPAC cells stably transfected with sh‐lncNT5E or sh‐ctrl, and tumour nodules were exhibited. B, Tumour volume curve of the sh‐lncNT5E or sh‐ctrl treatment groups was measured and analysed every 2 d. C, Tumour weights of sh‐lncNT5E or sh‐ctrl groups were measured when the tumours were collected.
