IL-1β and TNF-α promote proliferative dominance of mammary epithelial cells in a HER2-dependent manner. MCF10A and GFP-expressing MCF10A(HER2+)GFP cells were mixed in a 1:1 ratio. Preformed cell aggregates were embedded in matrigel and grown with IL-1β (10 ng/ml) or TNF-α (10 ng/ml). Representative images were taken after 8 days.
